CritPixel is an independent gaming blog. I write practical guides, honest best-of lists and clear news for PC and console players, the kind of articles I always wanted to find myself.
I’ve been gaming for more than five years. The first game I truly fell in love with was Forza Horizon 5: racing through its version of Mexico showed me how beautiful and exciting games can be, and I’ve been hooked ever since. My all-time favourite game is The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt.
I started this blog because I love games and I love writing about them. My goal is simple: clear, honest guides that help you spend less time searching and more time playing.

How I write
- Facts first. I check release dates, prices and platforms against official sources, and I say clearly when something is only a report or rumour.
- Honest opinions. When I recommend something, I explain why, including the downsides.
- Kept up to date. Articles about upcoming games show a “Last updated” date and are revised when news changes.
- Corrections are welcome. If you spot a mistake, please contact me and I’ll fix it.
My setup
I play on my own gaming PC and a PS5, with a Dell 4K monitor and a pair of gaming headphones. Having both a PC and a console means I can look at games, settings and features from both sides.
